Today we’re flipping the whole concept of fear!
I’m so excited to be sharing with you some awesome information about fear that has helped me understand how to deal with my own.
I once read a book called “Feel The Fear and Do It Anyway” by Susan Jeffers and she shares with us her tips around Fear, that quite honestly, is amazing!
If you adopt this way of thinking about fear, it will move you from a place of defeat, hopelessness and paralysis to one of empowerment, confidence and most of all ACTION!
Now, we all feel fear and we all know that it comes in different faces.
We all deal with fear on a regular basis. I know I’ve had to overcome plenty of it in my life. I also know how powerful fear can be and how it can control us.
I believe that if we look at FEAR from a different perspective, it can make a massive difference in our the way we live our lives.
It has for me.
